Bookings

1. Please check availability by phone on 01584 841649 (outside the UK: 0044 1584 841649) or select your dates below then click on the Contact/Enquiry/Booking button.
2. Once the dates are confirmed, we will ask you to complete a Booking Form and pay the deposit.
3. If your booking is within 28 days of your arrival, the full sum is payable, please.

Durations

• The minimum booking is for 4 nights.
• You may begin your stay on any day of the week (depending upon other bookings)
• Maximum stay: 28 days (because of a planning restriction)
• The prices are fully inclusive including bedding and towels; there are no further charges.

Notes

• There is one double bedroom where we can also set up a cot, if required.
• There is no smoking in the Flat or the grounds
• Sorrry: dogs and other pets are not accepted, other than assistance dogs.

Gift Vouchers

• A special present for someone special! It could be £50 towards a stay in the Ferndale Flat, the full cost of a five-day holiday or any sum you choose. Just email wendy@brogden.info or phone 01584 841649 with your particular requirement. The voucher will be individually prepared and will have no use-by date.
