Many thanks you for your interest in the Ferndale Flat. If you have not already done so, please click here to check that your preferred dates are available. Then send this form and pay the deposit within 7 days of making the provisional booking. After 7 days the booking may not be held for you. Receipt of your form and deposit will be acknowledged. The balance of the booking fee is due 28 days before the stay commences. We will send you a reminder. When the final payment is received, we will send directions and arrangements for gaining entry.

Cheque		Post with this form your deposit cheque for 1/3 of the total, in £GB drawn on a UK bank and made out to Ferndale.
Bank Transfer		Send this form and arrange a bank transfer to The Co-operative Bank; sort code 08-92-99; account number 69434604 NB please quote your surname as the reference so we know who sent the money.
Credit Card or PayPal		Send this form and we will email an invoice to you which you can pay over the internet with a credit card or by PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account.
