More accolades in the national
press for Shropshire as an interesting holiday destination:
in part one of "Great things to do ..." (27 June 2009),
the Guardian recommends a visit to the Iron Bridge in
Ironbridge Gorge (a few miles from Much Wenlock), "a remarkable
piece of engineering" with a "cracking view down the
Severn Gorge" and Acton Scott Historic Farm for
its "lovely tearoom, heavy horses and silver-grey chickens."
(But no mention of the equally attractive Tamworth pigs, especially
when they've got their little pink piglets.)
